Barker offers the same SALE prices to every customer that submits an order regardless of trade affiliation. We do not offer any further discounts other than the sale prices listed on our website. See below for current specials:

SHIPPING

Small Orders
Smaller orders under $3500 typically ship via FedEx Ground. These orders ship as soon as each component is completed. This means you may receive a few shipments; millwork in one shipment, drawer boxes in the next, and cabinet doors with hardware in another. We record which portion of the order ships in the order notes. Your order notes can be viewed by logging into your account.

Large Orders
Large freight orders over $3500 typically ship complete, in single, or multiple pallets. *We may ship the long millwork pieces (crown molding, base molding, toe skins, etc) via FedEx ground separately from the bulk of the order as they may be too long to fit into the freight pallet. Stragglers parts may be held back from shipping in rare instances when parts do not pass quality control. These parts will ship via Fedex Ground when they are completed and have passed our quality control standards.Pallets will be encased in a crate for protection during delivery. The freight carrier will be instructed to call and schedule an appointment for dropping off the order at a convenient time for the customer. When large freight orders are delivered to residential addresses, a lift gate service may be required in order to unload the pallet from the delivery truck. The freight and lift gate charges are included in the shipping charge quoted by the website at checkout. The shipment will be taken off the truck and left on a driveway within 10 ft of the liftgate. Once the shipment is delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to protect the cabinets from weather and exposure that may damage the contents (heat, cold, water, blunt force, etc).

Disclaimer:
*Empty pallets and packaging materials such as plywood, cardboard, and foam are to be discarded by the customer at the customer's expense.
*In some cases additional charges may apply due to an inaccessible delivery address, island/rural deliveries (where there is no road to the delivery address), rural, multi-level apartment/condo buildings, deliveries to the city of New York, and various other obstacles. The customer will be responsible for coordinating and paying for additional services required to deliver the order.



Damage to Freight
In the event of a damaged pallet, DO NOT REFUSE THE FREIGHT. This may cause unexpected delays in the completion of your project. All damage is covered under warranty. Any parts that are damaged and therefore cannot be used toward the project will be replaced in a timely manner by Barker. Please email customer service to start a claim.

*In some cases additional charges may apply due to an inaccessible delivery address, rural deliveries, multi-level apartment/condo buildings, and various other obstacles. The customer will be responsible for coordinating and paying for additional services required to deliver their order.


Hawaii:
Shipping directly into HAWAII is not available. Another option is to ship the order to a freight forwarding company at a continental USA port of your choosing. Since the freight forwarder is in the continental USA, this would qualify for free shipping (on larger orders). Next, the customer can coordinate with the freight forwarder to have the shipment delivered to the final destination in Hawaii.

WARNING TO HAWAII CUSTOMERS. Replacement parts, damaged parts, missing hardware, including parts that have to be remade due to errors made by Barker will be shipped to the original shipping address in the USA (typically to the freight forwarding company within the continental USA). Forwarding of the replacement parts from the freight forwarder to your project address in Hawaii is the sole financial responsibility of the customer, even if Barker is at fault. Please consider this before placing your order, as remakes do happen from time to time with custom products.

For Hawaii shipments, please indicate that the order will be shipped to HAWAII (i.e. "This order will be FORWARDED TO HAWAII, please ship as a single shipment") in the order notes at checkout. Please note that we may wish to hold the order for additional time to ensure the order ships without any stragglers (i.e. small parts/pieces may need to be repaired/remade while in production, we would typically ship those via ground service to ensure timely delivery of the bulk of your order). Shipping as a single/complete order will mitigate additional freight forwarder charges.



Alaska:

Shipping directly into ALASKA is not available. Another option is to ship the order to a freight forwarding company at a continental USA port of your choosing. Since the freight forwarder is in the continental USA, this would qualify for free shipping (on larger orders). Next, the customer can coordinate with the freight forwarder to have the shipment delivered to the final destination in ALASKA.

Shipping directly into Canada is not available. Another option is to ship the order to a freight forwarding company on the border. Since the Freight Forwarder is most likely in the USA, this would qualify for free shipping (on larger orders). Next, the customer can coordinate with the freight forwarder to have the shipment moved through customs and delivered to the final destination inside Canada.
WARNING TO CANADIAN CUSTOMERS. Replacement parts, damaged parts, missing hardware, including parts that have to be remade due to errors made by Barker will be shipped to the original shipping address in the USA (typically to the freight forwarding company on the USA side of the border). Shipping of the replacement parts from the border to your project address in Canada is the sole financial responsibility of the customer, even if Barker is at fault. Next, the customer can coordinate with the freight forwarder to have the shipment moved through customs and delivered to the final destination outside the USA.
