Dovetail drawer box- 5/8" thick solid walnut

Drawer Box Only (no drawer guides)

This product is shipped UN-ASSEMBLED (5 pieces). Assembly of this item is very easy and can be done with only a rubber mallet and some wood glue.
  • Incredibly durable 5/8" thick solid wood
  • Super Strong 1/4" thick bottom walnut veneered bottom (mdf core)
  • Super strong dovetail joint construction
  • THIS PRODUCT IS SHIPPED "NOT ASSEMBLED"
  • Unfinished (no paint or stain will be applied)
  • 1/2" bottom recess works with Blum under mounted drawer slides (notching and some modification required)
Assembly Notes:
These drawer boxes are a contractor grade cabinet drawer box. Please be aware that when the box is fully assembled, the joints will be very tight in order to create a seamless box. Since the joints are so snug, you may need to use a rubber mallet or a light hammer to tap the pieces together. If you are not comfortable assembling the drawer box yourself, feel free to select the "assembly" option from the drop down menu above. Barker Door can always assemble and sand the drawer box for you at a minimal charge.

Drawer Box Glue Application:
It is recommended to add a small drop of wood glue to each dovetail just before assembling the drawer boxes. Remember that when assembling drawer boxes, less glue is better than too much glue. Any wood glue will work for assembly but we recommend Titebond (available at your local Home improvement store).

We ordered walnut drawer boxes with clearcoating and prepped for blumotion sliders...they came perfectly made.  Super happy and easy to install the hardware.  We are ordering more drawers from Baker Door.

Excellent work, extremely impressive product, I was surprised at the figure in some of the wood.
All dementions were exact to my measurements and had tight dovetails. Assembled, notched and drilled for Blumotion sure saved me a lot of time. All I had to do for prep was blow them off and start shooting sealer and clear, didn't have to re-sand anything.
I couldn't be more pleased.
