Five stars from ordering to delivery! I received the order when expected however one drawer front was damaged in shipment and they immediately said that a new one will be shipped as soon as possible. When it was received, it was not the correct size. The picture that I sent showed the damaged one however I provided the wrong dimensions in the description. I told them that it was my mistake and would pay to have the correct one made and shipped to me. They shipped the second replacement to me at no charge. Customer support was excellent (how often can you say that these days) and the videos were so helpful in helping me feel confident that I could take on and complete this project. Yes, this is web based however they (Gerardo, Clayton, Tristan) were all very responsive and professional in their correspondence. I'm 67 years old and appreciate what they did for me. I researched other vendors and I'm very happy that I selected Barker door.
