Description Assembly Instructions
 
Dovetail drawer box- 5/8" thick baltic plywood

Drawer Box Only (no drawer guides)

This product is shipped UN-ASSEMBLED (5 pieces). Assembly of this item is very easy and can be done with only a rubber mallet and some wood glue.
  • Incredibly durable 5/8" thick (11 ply) Baltic birch plywood sides
  • Super strong 1/4" thick Baltic plywood bottom
  • Dovetailed joint construction
  • THIS PRODUCT IS SHIPPED "NOT ASSEMBLED"
  • Unfinished (no paint or stain will be applied)
  • 1/2" bottom recess works with Blum under mounted drawer slides (notching and some modification required)

Assembly Notes:
 Please be aware that when the box is fully assembled, the joints will be very tight in order to create a seamless box. Since the joints are so snug, you may need to use a rubber mallet or a light hammer to tap the pieces together. If you are not comfortable assembling the drawer box yourself, please select the "assembly" option from the drop down menu above. Barker Door can always assemble and sand the drawer box for you at a minimal charge.

Outstanding quality job. Drawer box is a perfect fit. It was well worth the wait to have this custom cut at Barker. This replacement drawer is by far superior to the  original installed by the builder.

Easy to navigate web site with easy to understand pricing and instructions for placing order with credit card.  Drawer kits are precision machined and assemble easily as described.  Pricing is unbeatable.  These are custom made per order so be patient for the machining process.  Delivery was quick and without damage to product.  Shipping price is competitive. Great Bargain!

The drawer fit perfectly. I ordered it unassembled, had no problems with the assembly.  If I ever need another drawer box I will order from Barker Door
