Cabinet Doors for a New Broom Closet December 21, 2024 Reviewer: Rose from Upper Marlboro, MD   I recently remodeled my kitchen after 25 years. We decided to paint our cabinets instead of replacing them. We also added a broom closet. After searching everywhere for doors to match the existing doors. I found Barker door and they had very good reviews. I purchased 2 sets of the unfinished Windsor doors 29.5x15 and 60x15. They arrived well packed with no damage and excellent quality. We had them painted to match the existing color. They are a perfect match to my existing doors and they were very reasonably priced. I wish I could upload some pics so u can see. The customer service department was very responsive when I texted because I was having some trouble with the website when I placed my order.  The young man called within 2 hours and stayed on the phone with me until my order was complete. I will definitely use them again if I need to replace and any of my cabinet doors. The only negative was the shipping cost, expensive, but I guess it was worth it. Was this review helpful to you?

waited too long December 12, 2024 Reviewer: Bob Kohn from Methuen, MA United States   There was a mark or chip on the door after waiting for 4 to 5 weeks because was behind. Instead of making another door and moving it to the front of the line, my customer had to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for the door. Even though it wasn't my fault, I took $150 off the job because it was my choice to use Barker Door. The door was a good color and close design fit but I asked for it to be moved up in the process and they said no. Poor customer service. Was this review helpful to you?
