Solid hardware May 28, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Westerville, OH United States   The rear mounting bracket for the KV8400 series drawer guides is study and easy to attach. Drawer Slides February 19, 2014 Reviewer: Stephen Blcho from Lockport, NY United States   Received my drawers slides, order 2 pair, received only one pair.  Owner (Chad Barker) immediately called me back and sent out the missing set.  Installed both pair on a new drawers, with slight adjustments, they work!  His videos take the guess work out of installing them.  Thanks!
